Part Time Account and Content manager
We’d love for you to become our next account/content manager!
What you’ll be doing:
Managing 2 - 3 clients
Doing monthly call updates with the updated numbers
Managing communications via Slack and email
Setting and managing expectations for content
Setting up and doing calls with Subject Matter Experts
A lot of our content is based on interviews with Subject Matter Experts, which will require doing calls for specific articles
Publishing articles on the client’s CMS
Collaborating with Michelle (content strategist) and Araminta
Being in our Slack group and communicating regularly
What we’re offering
Part-time annual fee of £24k to £36k
20 - 25 hours per week
Flexibility: you can work 3 days per week, or decide to work 4 half days
Paid for content strategy course when you first begin working with us
Possibility to go full-time, which will include
£1,000 per year self-development budget
Remote work and flexible hours
Minimum £40k salary (exact number still TBD)
Work from wherever, no need to be based in the UK.

You love interviewing interesting people. There’s a lot of that! Most of our content is based on interviews with experts, and you’ll get to interview them on what they know a lot about, learn about their business strategy and be speaking to a huge variety of businesspeople.
You like processes and systems. We are all very detail oriented and rigorous, which means there is always a plan and a document on how to do things. You won’t ever be left in the dark with a lack of direction
You like flexibility. Everyone works on their own hours. As long as deliverables are on time and you’re able to do the required calls with experts and clients, we don’t care when you work
You love putting yourself in the position of the reader. Our content approach is to create content that turns readers into customers. That means you’ll be using a lot of empathy to understand what readers want.
You want to see the results of your efforts. We help our clients generate leads and customers with content, which means you’ll be able to see the direct results of your content strategy efforts via their Google Analytics and spreadsheets. You’ll also be building and growing their strategy yourself!
What we value:
Communication. This job requires a lot of collaboration, back and forths so communication is a must
Empathy. You’ll need a lot of it to put yourself in the shoes of the reader.
Patience. We’re a small agency and growing quickly, so we haven’t figured it all out yet. Sometimes we’ll get it wrong, but we’re very open to taking feedback and improving.
Organisation. We’ll never use “but we’re a small business” as an excuse to not be organised. Every time we do something twice, it’s documented, and there’s a systems manual to make sure we always know how to do what’s needed.
Systems thinking. We always seek out and create systems-centred solutions for any recurring tasks and challenges
